Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can apricot halves
  • 2 boxes of Apricot or orange jello
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 cup juice from apricots and pineapple
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup joice
  • 1 cup of whipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in hot water. Add drained apricots and crushed pineapple with one cup of juice. Poor into 9 X 13 dish to set and top with miniature marshmallows

Sauce

Combine sugar and flour. Add juice and egg. Cook until thickened. Cool and then fold in whipped topping and spread over jello.
