- 1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/4 cup Land O Lakes Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread, softened
- 1/4 cup chocolate fudge ice cream topping
- 2 tsp Land O Lakes Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine softened ice cream with 1/4 cup Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread; mix well. Cover; freeze until firm (2 hours or overnight).
2 Just before serving, combine fudge topping and 2 tsp Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50% power) until melted (20-30 seconds); stir.
3. To serve, scoop 1/2 cup ice cream mixture into each individual serving bowl; drizzle with topping. Serve immediately.
