Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cup cooked soy pulp or coarsely chopped soybeans
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 cup ground sesame and/or sunflower seeds, toasted
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp basil

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions in oil. Mix in remaining ingredients. Shape into patties and cook on a griddle or in a skillet or bake in 350 F oven for 20 minutes. To keep them from sticking, sprinkle griddle or baking dish with sesame seeds.
