Ingredients
- 8 oz dry medium pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 TBS minced shallots
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 stick un-salted butter (8TBS)
- 2 C grated Parmesan, divided
- 4 TBS chopped parsley divided
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- S & P
- 2 C Jumbo lump crabmeat
- 1/4 C Panko breadcrumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Cook Pasta,
Heat cream, shallots, nutmeg and butter
Add 1 1/2C cheese, parsley, S&P, lemon juice. fold in crabmeat and panko crumbs. Put mixture into casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese and Panko.
Broil casserole until golden and bubbly - 3-4 minutes. Garnish with parsley
