Steak Fajitas

(works well with chicken, too, and I’ve actually done it with steak and chicken combined and it cooked great!)

Ingredients
- Thinly slice:
- uncooked flank or skirt steak (I use about 2lbs of flank steak that is already sliced)
- bell peppers (I use one large)
- onion (I use 1/2 of a large onion)
- Combine all in crock pot with
- one can drained Rotel (I use mild)
- one package of dry taco seasoning
- 1/4 about 1/4 cup flour
- 1 about 1 tsp corn starch

Preparation
Step 1
-Cook all day on low (but I also have cooked on high for about 3.5hrs and it did GREAT)
-Serve inside tortillas with all your favorite Mexican fixins
