Ingredients

  • Thinly slice:
  • uncooked flank or skirt steak (I use about 2lbs of flank steak that is already sliced)
  • bell peppers (I use one large)
  • onion (I use 1/2 of a large onion)
  • Combine all in crock pot with
  • one can drained Rotel (I use mild)
  • one package of dry taco seasoning
  • 1/4 about 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 about 1 tsp corn starch

Preparation

Step 1

-Cook all day on low (but I also have cooked on high for about 3.5hrs and it did GREAT)

 

-Serve inside tortillas with all your favorite Mexican fixins
