This is a simple sauce for pasta.
- 1 red bell pepper, roasted and skin removed
- 1 garlic minced
- 3 tbs toasted and blanched almonds, cooled
- 1 tsp sherry vinegar
- 3 tbs evoo
- sea salt
- coarse black pepper
Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 20mins
Puree all ingredients in a blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
