Ingredients
- 4 tsp. flour divided
- 5 sprigs parsley
- 1 lb. tilapia fillets
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 Tbs. butter divided
Preparation
Step 1
Place 3 tsp. flour and salt in zip top bag. Preheat large saute' pan on medium high 2-3 min. Add
fish to bag and shake to coat. Place 1 Tbs butter in pan and swirl to coat. Add fish and cook 3
min. Add 1 Tbs butter to center of pan. Turn fillets, distributing butter under each fillet. Cook 3
more minutes. Place fish on serving plates. Place remaining 1 Tbs. butter and 1 tsp. flour, wine
and juice from lemon in saute' pan. Heat 1-2 min until thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in
parsley and serve over fish.
