    Pounds Leanest Ground Chuck 90/10

    can of Crushed Tomatoes Large Can

  • 2

    packages of chili man seasoning for chili

  • 1

    Tablespoon Italian Seasoning

  • 2

    teaspoons Onion Powder

  • 3

    cans of Brooks mild or hot chili beans

  • 32

    oz beef broth

Directions

Brown Beef if using 90/10 shouldn't have to drain small amount of fat add the chili man seasoning and cook thru beef add onion powder chili beans crushed tomatoes and beef broth simmer for a few hours the longer it cooks the better it gets may add onion, celery, peppers to this for taste cook peppers, celery and peppers in skillet with small amount of butter add the beef and cook with seasonings drain if necessary and add the beans, tomatoes and broth cook same as above
