Ingredients
- 1 pkg. cut up whole chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 TB chopped fresh chives or green onions
- 1 TB chopped fresh thyme
- 1 TB chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine herbs & seasonings & rub the mixture over each piece of chicken. Grill chicken until temperature reaches 170, turning occasionally.
