Crockpot Orange Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Low Sugar Orange Marmalade
  • 3/4 cup Barbeque sauce of your choice
  • 3 TBSP Low Sodium Tamari (Soy Sauce)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook you Chicken breasts in crock pot on high for 3.5 hours. Do not remove the cover, leave it alone!! After 3.5 hours remove chicken and drain the juices from crock pot. In a medium sized bowl mix together orange marmalade, BBQ Sauce and Tamari/soy sauce. Cut the chicken breasts into bite size pieces and transfer back to crock pot. Pour the orange sauce over the chicken and mix well. Cook for an additional 30 minutes in crock pot.
Serve with whatever you like.
