  • 2 Bags Sucess Rice
  • 6 Bell peppers
  • 1 Lb Italian Sausage
  • 1 Can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chili's
  • 2 Cups shredded monteray Jack cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400º- Prepare sucess rice according to package.
Remove pepper tops and seeds.
Blanch the peppers in boiling water for approximately 5 minutes.
Remove from water and drain.
Remove casing from sausage-Brown sausage in a frying pan- Drain fat.
Fold in Rotel and rice-heat through.
Add cheese-heat until melted.
Put in peppers- Bake for 15 minutes.
