Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tbls Honey
  • 1 Tbls soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame
  • 4 Tbls vegetable oil
  • 6 cups finely sliced Napa Cabbage (or bagged slaw mix)
  • 1 cup julienne cut carrots
  • 2 Tbls toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk vinegar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil and vegetable oil together in a bowl to make dressing.

Place cabbage and carrot in a large bowl and toss with dressing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and toss again.
