Party Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 8-oz packages cream cheese
• 2 cups (8 oz) sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 tbs chopped pimiento
• 1 tbs chopped green pepper
• 1 tbs finely chopped onion
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Dash of cayenne
• Dash of salt
• Finely chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended. Add pimiento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings. Mix well. Chill. Shape into a ball; roll in nuts.
