Ingredients
- Dressing:
- Romaine lettuce 2 to 4 small heads
- wrap each with 1-2 slices of prosciutto
- 1 T sherry vinegar
- 1 1/2 t lemon juice
- 2 T oil
- 4 T hazelnut oil
- 1/2 t mustartd
- 1 t sugar
- 1 oz roasted hazel nuts
