Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (20 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbs water
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 8 oz package of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 carton (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 to 3 kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 to 2 firm bananas, sliced
  • 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup seedless red grape halves

Step 1

Place cookie dough onto a ungreased 14-inch pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until browned; cool. For glaze, combine the sugar, orange juice, water, lemon juice, cornstarch and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened; Cool.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. arrange fruit on top. Brush with glaze. Chill until serving.

Yield: 16 to 20 servings.
