Ingredients

  • 1/4 C Flour
  • 1/4 C Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, Softened
  • 2 Tbsp Light Corn Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Toasted, chopped
  • Hazelnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 375°

Cover a large baking sheet with
parchment paper or nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, combine all
ingredients. Mix until well blended.
Divide dough into 8 pieces & form
into balls. Place dough balls 3"
apart on prepared baking sheet
and press lightly to flatten.
Bake 5-7 minutes or until lightly
browned. The cookies will spread
and be very thin.
Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes.
Loosen cookies from sheet & drape
them , still warm, over bottoms of
8 (4 oz) custard cups. The cookies will
cool quickly and set in a bowl shape.

You can fill these with berries or yogurt.
