This is mom's stolen recipe from our favorite mexican place in Houston. Let it marinate for at least a few hours, if not overnight.

  • Chix Breast
  • Steak (flank steak does well)
  • 1 can Frozen OJ Concentrate
  • 1 Lemon Juice (like minute maid, frozen)
  • 1 very LARGE Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 bottle of Soy Sauce
  • Garlic & Seasonings to taste

Step 1

Add all
Marinate a few hours if not overnight
Cook Chicken & Steak over grill
Slice steak against the grain
