Marinated Steak

You can use a London broil, sirloin or a flank steak. This is a weight watchers recipe. It's real good.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 18 oz steak

Step 1
1) In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients except steak; add steak. Seal bag, squeezing out excess air; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
2) Take out of fridge and leave at room temperature for an hour. Remove steak from marinade. Transfer marinade to a small saucepan; set aside. Grill steak.
3) while steak is cooking, bring marinade to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.
4) Slice steak and serve with the marinade.
