Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs new potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Parsley, chopped
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes and garlic in salted water until tender, 20 mins. Toast fennel seeds in a skillet with olive oil and salt. Add lemon zest. Drain the potatoes; return to the pot with the fennel oil. Add the parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover the pot and shake to smash the potatoes.
