Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups croutons
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded colby jack or pepper jack cheese
  • 2 lbs pork sausage, browned
  • 7 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp dried mustard
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 can, cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

1) Grease 9x13 pan with cooking spray
2) Layer on bottom of pan: croutons, cheese, then meat.
3) Beat eggs, 2 cups milk & mustard together. Pour over pan. Refrigerated overnight.
4) In the morning, preheat oven to 300.
5) Pour remaining 1/2 cup milk & cream of mushroom soup over the mixture.
6) Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Let sit for 15 minutes before cutting.
