Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 cans biscuits
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 T honey

Step 1

Mix 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg in a large Ziploc plastic bag.

Use 1 1/2 tubes of biscuits. Cut each biscuit into fourths. Place in bag. Zip tightly and shake until each piece is coated. Put into a 9x13 pan. Repeat this process with the other half of ingredients. Arrange evenly in pan.

TOPPING:
Melt butter. Add brown sugar and honey. Mix well. Pour over the top of the biscuit mixture. This will end up as gooey stuff on bottom of monkey bread. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
