- 1 EGG or 1/4 cup HILL COUNTRY FARE REAL EGG
- 1/2 cup H-E-B MOOTOPIA® MILK, regular or 2 %
- 1 1/2 cup H-E-B THE BAKER'S SCOOP SELF RISING FLOUR
- 1/4 cup EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
- 1/4 cup SUGAR or 8 packets H-E-B BETTER SWEET
- 2 cups H-E-B SPECIAL FLAKES WITH BERRIES

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Line a muffin pan with 8 paper baking cups.
2. Combine eggs, milk, flour, olive oil and sugar in a large bowl and stir until smooth. Stir the H-E-B Special Flakes with Berries into the batter. Spoon the batter into prepared muffin pan, filling each cup 3/4 full.
3. Bake muffins for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before removing from muffin pan. Store leftover muffins in a sealed container and refrigerate or freeze.
