Ingredients
- 2 lbs. GROUND CHICKEN BREAST
- 3/4 cup sliced GREEN ONION
- 2 Tbsp. H-E-B CHICKEN FAJITA SEASONING
- 1 EGG, slightly beaten
- 4 slices JALAPEÑO JACK CHEESE QUARTERED
- 8 SOFT DINNER ROLLS

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine ground chicken, green onion, seasoning and egg in a large bowl. Mix to blend, but do not over mix.
2. Form 1/4 cup of mixture into patties. Grill for 5 minutes on each side. Place cheese on patty and set aside. Tent with foil to keep warm.
3. Slice rolls open and serve with favorite condiments.
