Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Fiber One® original bran cereal
- 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup white vanilla baking chips

Preparation
Step 1
1 Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, stir together butter, sugars and eggs. In small bowl, stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; stir into butter mixture. Stir in cereal, oats and baking chips.
2 Onto ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart.
3 Bake 9 minutes. Cool 1 to 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely before storing in tightly covered container.
