Ingredients
- 1 container H-E-B READY, FRESH, GO!™ DICED ONIONS & CELERY
- 2 cloves GARLIC, finely chopped
- 1 chopped CARROT
- 1 Tablespoon H-E-B OLIVE OIL
- 1 lb. ITALIAN TURKEY SAUSAGE
- 2 Tbsp. ITALIAN SEASONING
- 1 - 2 teaspoons RED PEPPER FLAKES, to taste
- 1 can (14.5 ounce) H-E-B ITALIAN STYLE DICED TOMATOES
- 3/4 cup CENTRAL MARKET™ ORGANICS CHICKEN BROTH
- 1 can (19 oz.) PROGRESSO CANNELLINI BEANS
- 1 cup SMALL SHELL PASTA, cooked
- 2 Tablespoons chopped ITALIAN PARSLEY
- GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

Preparation
Step 1
1. In 2 quart saucepan, sauté veggies in oil for 2 - 4 minutes.
2. Remove skin from sausage and crumble while browning.
3. Add Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, canned tomatoes and chicken broth.
4. Simmer for 30 minutes and add beans and pasta shells.
5. Garnish with parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve with toasted Ciabatta Rolls.
