Preparation
Step 1
For simple bread bowls: Combine 4 frozen dinner rolls to make a ball. Place dough balls on a baking sheet sprayed with non stick spray. Brush dough balls with egg wash (beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water). Cover with plastic wrap and a tea towel. Let rise until doubled in size, approximately 60-90 minutes. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and cut a 3" circle in center of bread. Hollow out bread and spoon soup in.
