- 1 Tablespoon HILL COUNTRY FARE CANOLA OIL
- 1 1⁄2 lbs. H-E-B LEAN GROUND BEEF or GROUND TURKEY BREAST
- 1 container (5 oz.) H-E-B READY, FRESH, GO!® DICED SWEET ONION
- 1 ⁄4 cup BOLNER'S FIESTA BRAND QUICK CHILI MIX
- 1 can (8 oz.) HILL COUNTRY FARE DICED GREEN CHILES
- 2 cans (14.5 oz.) H-E-B PETITE DICED TOMATOES
- 2 cans (14.5 oz.) CENTRAL MARKET™ ORGANICS PINTO, BLACK or RED BEANS
- SALT & FRESH CRACKED BLACK PEPPER

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat a large chili or sauce pot over high heat for 3 minutes. Add the oil and ground beef or turkey. Stir-fry the meat 4 minutes and break into small crumbles with a cooking spatula. Add the diced onions and stir-fry for 3 more minutes. Add the Bolner's Fiesta Brand Quick Chili Mix and green chiles; stir-fry for 1 more minute.
2. Stir in the tomatoes with their juice and the beans. Bring the chili to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 15 minutes or until chili is thick. Season the chili to taste with salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
