Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham crackers
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 3 tbs margarine, melted
  • 3 8-oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups dark brown sugar
  • 2 tbs flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs, sugar, and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees 10 minutes. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla and nuts. Pour mixture over crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Brush with maple syrup and garnish with pecan halves if desired.

10 to 12 servings.
