Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 can Cream of Chicken or Cream of Celery
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1 small can French Fried Onions

Step 1
Cube potatoes and boil until tender. Drain. Add soup, butter, sour cream, and cheese. Pour into greased 13 x 9" pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Top with French Fried Onions and bake another 5 minutes.
Variation: Omit French Fried Onions. Add 1 medium chopped onion to the potatoes before cooking. The last 5 minutes of baking, top with a packet of Chicken Shake'n Bake.
Omit French Fried Onions. Combine 2 cups corn flake crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter. The last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle with corn flake mixture.
