• This strusel topping from Erin's Lower Carb Impossible Apple Pie Updated might work for an apple crisp. It is really good too:
• Streusel Topping:
• 1/2 cup Carkbquik
• 1/4 cup fine to coursely chopped Pecans
• 1/4 cup granular Splenda
• Dash of ground nutmeg and cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp blackstrap molasses
• 2 tbsp Firm light butter
• Just sprinkle over the apples like an apple crisp topping.
