Ingredients

• Step 1
• 1 1/2 cups boiling water
• 1 cup quick oats
• (Set aside and let cool)
• Step 2
• 1/4 oleo
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• Mix step 1 and 2 and add step 3
• Step 3
• 1 1/3 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt

Step 1

Bake in 9x13 pan for 35mins at 350 degrees.

Topping

1 cup coconut. 1 cup brown sugar. 1 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup milk
After cake is baked spread topping on hot cake and put in broiler until top is browned.
