  • 8 large, ripe peaches
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 unbaked piecrusts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 F. Peel, pit, and slice peaches. In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.

Line a 9-inch pie pan with an unbaked piecrust. Spoon in filling and cover with another crust. Cut slits in crust and flute edges. Bake pie for 15 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350 F and bake for 45 more minutes or until filling is bubbling and crust is browned.
