- 12 oz. pork shoulder
- 12 oz. pork tenderloin
- 1 cup canned tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar + 2 tsp.
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar + 2 tsp.
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
