Red velvet cake

Ingredients

• 2 sticks of butter
• 11/2 cups sugar
• red coloring mixed with 3 tbsp of cocoa powder
• 1 cup butter milk
• 2 eggs
• 21/4 cupflour mix with 2 tsp baking soda & 2 tsp baking powder & little salt & sift them together
• 1 tsp vinegar
• vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter & sugar well & add cocoa powder mixture & little vinegar
Mix butter milk & eggs
Add this mixture to cream alternating with flour
add vanilla
bake in a preheated oven at 325 about 40-45

For the icing 1/2 stick of butter, 1 package of cream cheese, 16 0z icing sugar, vanilla & beat spread over cake
