Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 3 ounce package lemon jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 1/2 pounds low fat cottage cheese
- 1 can lite cherry pie filling
- whipped topping

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve jello in boiling water and cool to lukewarm.
Blend cottage cheese until like heavy cream. Add slowly to the cooled jello. Mix well. Pour into crust. Chill until firm in refrigerator.
Top with pie filling and whipped topping.
