3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/3 cup butter, softened
2 eggs

Step 1

•Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

•Beat all ingredients with an electric mixer on low for 30 seconds.

•Beat on medium for 2 minutes.

•Bake 20-25 minutes.

•Cool 5 minutes.

•Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost.
