Lemon Dessert

Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 package lemon jello
• 1 cup hot water
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 1 small can crushed pineapple
• 1 small package vanilla wafers

Preparation

Step 1

Cream cheese and sugar together.

Mix together jello with hot water. Cool in refrigerator.

Beat whipping cream until thick. Mix all together with jello. Add small can pineapple. Line square baking dish with crushed vanilla wafers and pour mixture in. Sprinkle more crushed vanilla wafers on top and refrigerate. When serving, cut in squares and top with Cool Whip and cherries.
