  • 12 T. rice
  • 8 thin slices of *Drier's* ham
  • 1 C. of Reny Picot Fontina, cut into small pieces
  • 2 egg yolks
  • sour cream
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325.F. Cook the rice in salted water for 15 min. Once cooked drain and spread the rice onto a plate to help it cool down.
In a large mixing bowl mix the rice, the Fontina, a little of the ham finely sliced the egg yolks and a pinch of pepper. Spread the mixture into each slice of ham and roll the ham slices up. Fix them with toothpicks to prevent them from opening. Place the ham rolls in a baking dish and top them with a little sour cream. Cook in the oven for 10 min. Serve warm.
