Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp champagne or white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 large shallot minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tuna fillets (6oz each)
- 1 large heart romaine lettuce
- 4 oz cooked green beans
- 1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 4 cooked new potatoes quartered
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 12 caper berries
- 28 nicoise olives

Heat grill to medium. Whisk together vinegar, oil, shallot and mustard. Season tuna with salt and pepper. Grill tuna turning, about 8-10 minutes. Arrange all salad ingredients and tuna in 4 bowls. Drizzle with vinaigrette
