Frozen Oreo Dessert

Ingredients

• 1/2 package Oreos, crushed
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 beaten egg whites
• 1/2 cup nuts
• 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
• 1 teaspoon red food coloring
• 2 cups whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Boil sugar, water and salt until it forms a thin thread.

Pour over egg whites. Beat and then cool.

Add nuts, almond flavoring, and food coloring.

Fold in whipped cream and spread in 9 x 13 pan.

Sprinkle Oreo crumbles on top and freeze.
