- 4 oz.skirt steak fillet,cut into strips
- 1/4 tsp salt+pepper+cumin
- julienned red bell pepper,yellow pepper
- 1 oz.julienned white onions
- 1 tsp.garlic powder
- 1/4 cup salsa

Step 1
Saute the beef and season with salt,pepper,and cumin.Set aside.
Saute the vegetables,sprinkle with garlic powder,and serve with the beef
and a side of salsa.
