Ingredients
- 3 cups seedless watermelon, diced
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 medium scallion, chopped
- 1 tsp UNpacked brown sugar
- 2 TBS fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Step 1
1. Combine all the ingredients together and toss lightly. Taste and adjust the seasoning accordingly. Chill for 20 minutes.
