- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tsp. powdered sugar
- juice of 1/2 a lemon

Step 1
In a mixing bowl. beat together flour, milk and eggs until slightly lumpy.
Melt butter in 9X9 pan and then pour in the batter.
Beke at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until puffy. Sprinkle powdered sugar and lemon juice over the pancake and return to over for 2 to 3 minutes longer.
