Ingredients
- 12-14 sweet mini-peppers, halved and seeded
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack
- 4- 6 hot Italian sausage, browned and crumbled
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together cheeses, sausage and seasonings.
Spoon fill each pepper half.
Dip filled section in bread crumbs.
Place in a greased pan and bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes.
