Ingredients

Dressing:
Fresh Lettuce, romaine or leafy lettuce, washed and spun dry
Fresh strawberries
Fresh rasberries
Fresh blackberries
Cashew nuts, whole
1/2 cup *fig balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup *lemon infused olive oil
1/2 cup flax oil
1/4 cup Xagave
1/2 cup whole grain teff, golden or brown your choice

Preparation

Step 1

Wash lettuce and place in a large bowl and top with fruit and nuts. Whisk together ingredients for dressing and pour over salad.
