Chocolate Marvel Pie

Ingredients

• 12 oz semi sweet chips
• 3 T milk
• 2 T sugar
• 4 eggs separated
• 1 t vanilla
• cooked and cooled pie shell
• whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. in top of double boiler, melt chocolate, milk and sugar. cool and add 4 yolks one at a time. beat well after each addition.

2. add vanilla.

3. in small mixing bowl beat egg whites till stiff. and fold into chocolate mixture.

4. pour into cooled pie shell. top with fresh whipped cream
