Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

• 1-8oz package cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1 # confectioners' sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Using a mixer, blend the butter and cream cheese together until well combined. Gradually add in the confectioners' sugar until fully incorporated. Finally mix in vanilla and lemon juice.
