Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Avocados,
- Peeled & Pitted
- Juice of 1 Lime or
- 1 Lemon
- 1-11oz Jar Newman's
- Own Salsa (Drained)
- 1 C Sour Cream or
- ( Light sour cream)
- 2 C Shredded Cheese
- Monterey Jack or Cheddar
- 15-18 Black Olives
- Pitted & Chopped
- 1 Bunch Scallions,
- chopped
- 1 C Chopped Tomatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Mush avocados with juice.
Spread in bottom of 7" X 11" glass pan.
Drain Newman's salsa and mix with
sour cream and spread over avocado.
Sprinkle cheese, olives, scallions &
tomatoes over salsa mixture.
Can be prepared the day before
