Butch's Outlaw Salsa Dip

Ingredients

• 2 Ripe Avocados,
• Peeled & Pitted
• Juice of 1 Lime or
• 1 Lemon
• 1-11oz Jar Newman's
• Own Salsa (Drained)
• 1 C Sour Cream or
• ( Light sour cream)
• 2 C Shredded Cheese
• Monterey Jack or Cheddar
• 15-18 Black Olives
• Pitted & Chopped
• 1 Bunch Scallions,
• chopped
• 1 C Chopped Tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Mush avocados with juice.
Spread in bottom of 7" X 11" glass pan.
Drain Newman's salsa and mix with
sour cream and spread over avocado.
Sprinkle cheese, olives, scallions &
tomatoes over salsa mixture.

Can be prepared the day before
