Ingredients

8 oz. Champagne
8 oz. Absolut Citron
8 melonball scoops of lemon sorbet (Haagen-Dazs)
4 tsp. heavy cream
4-6 Ice cubes
Squeeze of lemon or lime

Preparation

Step 1

Blend the first five ingredients in a blender until smooth

Pour the mixture into 4 tall champagne flutes and squeeze in a touch of the lemon or lime.

Serve with a garnish of the lemon or lime.
