Ingredients
- 8 oz. Champagne
- 8 oz. Absolut Citron
- 8 melonball scoops of lemon sorbet (Haagen-Dazs)
- 4 tsp. heavy cream
- 4-6 Ice cubes
- Squeeze of lemon or lime

Step 1
Blend the first five ingredients in a blender until smooth
Pour the mixture into 4 tall champagne flutes and squeeze in a touch of the lemon or lime.
Serve with a garnish of the lemon or lime.
